Who is Tom?

Tom is a Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel and currently serves as the General Counsel of Greenheck Group. Throughout Tom’s 28 year legal career, he has helped business founders, owners, C-suites, and Boards scale and grow their businesses and lead various legal and finance functions, including regulatory, compliance, finance audit, corporate & BOD governance, and secretarial reporting functions of high-growth, public, private equity, and privately-held companies. Tom enjoys rooting for his alma matter, Duke University, and he lives for spending time outdoors in the Northwoods and waterways of Central and Northern Wisconsin with his loved ones and his beloved “bird dog,” Duke.
