Power of the Purse a Success 2022

Women United Power of the Purse on June 9, 2022! With the generous support of individuals and businesses, there were over 295 registered for the event and we were able to raise a record-breaking amount. Women United will be able to invest $40,942.24 back into the community to fund impactful projects that help low-income women and children in our community achieve financial stability. Previous grants gifted from Women United included Christmas for Mommies, Good Start Grants, Justice for Families, Project Step-Up, Rebecca’s Closet, and scholarships at Northcentral Technical College & UW Stevens Point at Wausau. Again, thank you for your generous support of United Way’s Women United.
