United Way Emerging Leaders is the next generation of professionals, uniting to help our community thrive. We seek to spark and sustain professionals to improve the community and themselves.

Impact Focus: Empowering those entering the workforce to achieve financial stability by building job skills and accessing resources that help them thrive.

 

What We Do:

Our dynamic group actively participates in volunteering, leadership development, fundraising, and networking events, including:

  • Connect: Exclusive networking events such as Back Stage Pass, Jingle & Mingle, and Compete for a Cause. These opportunities foster connections among professionals and strengthen community ties.
  • Serve: Participate in hands-on initiatives addressing local needs and creating a direct impact in Marathon County.
  • Lead: Enhance your leadership skills by joining committees, chairing service projects, and attending professional development events like Leadership Launch Sessions.
